Access and Pricing
I offer flexible, low barrier, high quality addiction care. I strongly value the traditional commitment of a doctor-patient relationship. When we are meeting, you have my full, undivided attention. I will never have my head buried in a computer screen while we talk. I keep my overhead extremely low in order to provide attainable, reasonably priced care to you.
At this time, I do not accept insurance, due to the much higher administrative burden that takes me away from being your doctor.
I recognize that one of the key aspects of recovery is to get back to living the life that you deserve, so I try to be as flexible as possible. Patients can call, text, or email me directly, as long as appropriate boundaries are observed. I am not concierge care, and I do not aim to be exclusive. My goal is to help as many people as possible.
I welcome referrals from colleagues from primary care, specialists, therapists, social workers, psychologists, inpatient providers, emergency departments, and other professionals. If a verbal provider-to-provider handoff is done, the patient’s intake can sometimes be abbreviated and therefore less expensive.
New patient visit: 1 hour, $200
Abbreviated new patient visit for patients with more straightforward needs, or handoff from a previous provider: 30 minutes, $100
Follow-ups:
20 minutes, $75
40 minutes, $150
60 minutes, $200
Payment can be done via credit card, check, cash, or HSA/FSA. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
